Job summary

Capital One Bronx Branch Ambassador welcome customers with warmth, guiding them through cash transactions and digital tools. You’ll learn and educate clients on mobile banking and digital payments while delivering an outstanding, human-centric experience.

You’ll listen for goals and connect customers with the right banking solutions, balancing speed with personalized service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment, embracing flexibility, teamwork, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and create a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to schedule changes.
