Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience preferred.
• 6+ months of cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain audit standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and match them with digital banking tools and solutions.
• Greet customers, provide hospitality, and maintain a welcoming branch environment.
• Support branches within 50 miles and adapt to flexible schedules and training sessions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
