Capital One in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Branch Ambassador to be the face of our space, delivering hospitality while guiding customers through digital tools and banking solutions. You’ll combine warm, human service with tech-enabled convenience in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitality mindset, comfort with digital tools, and a keen eye for accuracy, with flexibility to work weekends and a dynamic schedule. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail/sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred (6+ months).

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality while guiding them through services.
