You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and identify customer needs to connect them with suitable digital solutions. Adaptability and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Proficiency in G-Suite preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, including deposits and withdrawals, while maintaining compliance with security standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
• Act as a First-Line Consultant by listening to client needs and recommending appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain hospitality, balancing efficiency with a warm, community-focused experience.
