Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Part Time Branch Ambassador in Brooklyn, NY. You will embody hospitality, educate clients on digital banking tools, and help customers achieve their financial goals in a fast-moving, human-centered space.

You will rotate through tasks from cash handling to digital demonstrations, always prioritizing customer care and accuracy. Training and flexible scheduling are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Associate’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML and federal standards
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• The First-Line Consultant: identify customer needs and match to digital tools or banking solutions
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with warmth in a high-volume environment
