Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks a strategic leader to serve as the primary administrator for its digital member community and Thrive platform, and to drive mobile engagement across the MFB Thrive Community Platform and Mobile App.

You will develop content, engagement and adoption strategies to strengthen member connections, collaborate with centers, counties and partners, and continually improve the member experience using analytics and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least three years in digital communications, content strategy or community management.
• Experience administering an online community or digital engagement platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead and primary administrator for MFB's digital member community and mobile engagement platforms.
• Develop and execute content, engagement and adoption strategies to strengthen member connections.
• Manage day-to-day operations, content strategy and growth with cross-functional partners.
• Use analytics and feedback to continually improve the digital member experience.
