Job summary

Thrive Mobile seeks a Member Engagement Manager to own how it talks to its members—designing content journeys that move people to engage with care and activate benefits. The role blends healthcare fluency with content craft: you’ll own end-to-end member pathways, partner with product and clinical leaders, and use data to optimize each touchpoint across SMS, in-app, and IVR.

You will sit with the Product team, speak with care teams, and measure outcomes like redetermination and coverage

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a health plan, care delivery, or related healthcare field.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or dual-eligible populations.
• Ability to draft member-facing content and show measurable outcomes.
• Strong writing for real people with plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own the member content journeys and design end-to-end pathways across channels.
• Ramp deep on quality strategy and translate measures into actionable journeys.
• Own member voice across surfaces and maintain consistent tone/reading level.
• Ground decisions in member reality using feedback from calls, support tickets, and usage data.
• Define success metrics, run tests (A/B), and iterate content based on results.
• Support client-facing proof with clear member outcomes.
