Job summary

Michigan First Credit Union seeks a Growth Leader to drive member acquisition, deposits, and lending growth across Michigan. You will partner with CGO, Data Analytics, Marketing and Risk to implement data-driven campaigns and campaigns that maximize member value.

You will coach branch leaders, manage cross-functional growth initiatives, and ensure high-quality member experiences across all touchpoints while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, sales mgmt or related field.
• Minimum five years in sales leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and multi-faceted training programs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic goals with the CGO and leaders and adjust plans for max results.
• Lead growth initiatives across branches with metrics-driven campaigns.
• Provide training, reporting, and presentations to support growth campaigns.
• Coach team leaders and members to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Maintain risk controls and compliance across branches.
• Represent the Michigan First Way in daily operations and member interactions.
