Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, technology or related field (strongly preferred).
• Experience in online content management or school communications (strongly preferred).
• Experience with online content management systems and journalistic writing/editing.
• Experience in social media management, campaigns and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the district website via Finalsite CMS and campus sites.
• Coordinate with Technology to manage ParentSquare platform for campuses.
• Approve flyers per district policies for Peachjar distribution.
• Train district and school staff in Finalsite, ParentSquare and Peachjar.
• Manage district employee website user accounts and access.
• Ensure ADA compliance for district websites and online services.
• Post news stories and photos to the district site.
• Assist with and support district events and communications.
