Job summary
Melaleuca seeks a Digital Communication Specialist (Journey Optimization Specialist) to craft customer journeys through data-driven decisions. You will create and send digital communications globally, including email, SMS, web alerts, and push notifications, collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales.
Strong Salesforce experience and attention to detail are essential. The role requires 1+ year in digital marketing or ecommerce communications, proficiency in HTML and Adobe
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce communications.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HTML and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Responsibilities
- Create, set up and manage digital communications in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, & Journey Builder.
- Create SMS content for Melaleuca using Salesforce Mobile Studio.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to launch digital campaigns.
- Support A/B testing, tracking, and analytics.
- Ensure translations and localizations for all supported languages.
