Job summary

Melaleuca, a leading $2 billion e-commerce company and Forbes Best Places to Work, seeks a Digital Communication Specialist to craft and deliver customer journeys worldwide. You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, and related tools to create emails, SMS, web alerts, and push notifications, collaborating across Marketing, Business Development, and Sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in digital marketing, strong writing and design skills, and a Bachelor\'s degree.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce communications.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software preferred.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to create and edit graphics and messages

Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital communications across Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to prepare materials for campaigns.
• Support digital communications A/B testing and tracking.
• Drive digital communications design direction with the Design Team.
• Create emails with HTML for measurement-ready analytics using GA360 or similar.
• Coordinate timely intra- and inter-department requests with accurate delivery.
• Ensure translations and localizations are implemented correctly.
