Job summary

Melaleuca in Idaho Falls is seeking a Digital Communication Specialist to craft and send digital communications globally, including email, SMS, web alerts and push notifications, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role works closely with Marketing, Business Development and Sales, demands strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering accurate, localized content and measured results.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce communications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software preferred
• Ability to code HTML and create messages
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create, set up and manage digital communications in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
• Create SMS content using Salesforce Mobile Studio
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Sales to gather information for campaigns
• Support A/B testing, execution and tracking of digital communications
• Drive digital communications design direction with the Design Team
• Create emails with HTML and measurement tagging using GA360 or analytics tools
• Ensure timely intra- and inter-department requests with accurate delivery
• Accurately implement translations and localizations for all languages

Digital Communication Specialist (AKA Journey Optimization Specialist)

Responsible for creating and sending Digital Communications globally to Melaleuca’s customers and Marketing Executives, including email, SMS/MMS, Web Alerts, Push Notifications. The Digital Communications Specialist works closely with marketing, business development, and sales in a professional and collaborative manner. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce including automation studio, journey builder, mobile studio etc. Tasks require an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines with impeccable accuracy.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Creation, set up and management of all digital communications in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, & Journey Builder Creating SMS content for Melaleuca using Salesforce Mobile Studio
• Collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales departments to gather appropriate information for the creation and launch of digital marketing
• Support digital communications A/B testing functionality, execution and tracking
• Drive Digital Communications design direction in collaboration with the Design Team
• Expertise in creating emails to display results-oriented messaging leveraging Salesforce technology and HTML that is tagged for measurement using GA360 or other analytics tool
• Support timely and professional intra-department and cross-department requests with accurate delivery and results
• Accurate implementation of translations and localizations for all supported languages

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce communications
• Proven ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above with efficiency and accuracy
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software preferred
• Proven ability to organize multiple disparate tasks for completion on deadline
• Understand and articulate the fundamentals of SMS and email content optimization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
• Ability to create and alter graphics and or messages within the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Bachelor's Degree
