Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a Digital Communication Specialist to craft impactful customer journeys using data-driven decisions. You will create and send digital communications globally, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, and Dreamweaver to drive engagement and measurable results.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce communications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar software preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, set up and manage digital communications (email, SMS, web alerts, push) in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to gather info for campaigns.
• Support A/B testing, tracking, and delivery of digital communications.
• Drive design direction with the Design Team for digital content.
• Implement translations and localizations accurately across languages.
