Job summary
Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Digital Channels Team Leader to drive the execution, stability, and continuous improvement of online and mobile banking experiences for consumer and commercial clients. You will lead a small team, partner with Product, Technology and UX, enforce SDLC controls, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes through agile delivery.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in a similar role or field.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Leadership experience overseeing digital channels.
- Experience with Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution across online and mobile channels for consumer and commercial banking.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and UX to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
- Drive Agile rituals: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release readiness.
- Oversee delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of digital channels.
- Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance alignment.
- Define and report KPIs like adoption, engagement, reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional release planning and governance.
- Mentor and coach a small team of analysts and product managers.
