Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Digital Asset Manager to lead the digital asset ecosystem, delivering wallets, UI, and 24/7 transfer capabilities. You will own requirements, align with IT and operations, and ensure compliance with SOX, AML/KYT, and risk controls.

You will drive the full lifecycle of feature delivery, guide stakeholders, and build a team of digital asset experts to support strategic growth and client adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Deposit Operations or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations (SOX, AML/KYT).
• Practical expertise with payment rails (ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP) and digital assets/stablecoins.
• Background integrating with stablecoin issuers/exchanges and real-time fiat on/off ramps.
• Advanced knowledge of core banking applications such as FIS IBS, FIS D1B, CEB, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for the digital asset ecosystem from discovery to transition to BAU.
• Manage ecosystem improvements and prioritize value delivery across design, test, and deploy cycles.
• Identify blockers, drive momentum, and maintain alignment with organizational pace.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and business lines to optimize the end-to-end asset experience.
• Define capabilities for Digital Wallet, real-time transfers, and wallet-centric UI with clear KPIs.
