Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and governance of the enterprise website and related digital properties. You will drive content authoring, publishing, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise website platforms with governance and optimization.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, AEM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/CX principles.
• Experience developing and executing SEO strategies, including GEO/AEO best practices.
• Experience managing content governance, publishing workflows, and QA in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own content authoring and publishing across corporate website properties.
• Oversee website roadmap and backlog; collaborate with Dev and IT on CMS components.
• Define site architecture, navigation, taxonomy, and user journeys.
• Leverage CMS capabilities to create dynamic, scalable content experiences.
• Ensure content reflects brand standards and accessibility best practices.
• Audit and maintain WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility; champion accessibility.
• Support SEO/GEO and AI-search strategies and execution.
• Optimize conversion pathways across key journeys.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
