Job summary

AutoNation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate helps hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle setting. You’ll respond quickly to leads and move customers from initial contact to an in-store experience with exceptional service.

You’ll promote a seamless buying journey, negotiate terms to fit budgets, and ensure satisfaction after purchase while guiding customers to service. Strong communication and sales focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their vehicle and negotiate terms to fit budgets and lifestyle.
• Close the deal and transition customers to the Service department for ownership support.
• Respond to online, phone, and in-person leads promptly and professionally.
