Job summary

WVUE FOX 8, part of Gray Media, seeks a Digital Sales Coordinator to manage digital advertising campaigns from onboarding through optimization. You will partner with the Sales team and Gray Digital Media Ad Ops to set up, traffic, and launch campaigns across OTT/CTV, display, video, paid social and mobile.

You will monitor pacing, optimize delivery, troubleshoot GA4/Tag Manager issues, and prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Knowledge of OTT/CTV, programmatic display, video, paid social, and mobile.
• Experience with GA4, ad trafficking platforms, or order management systems.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operations & Order Entry: accurate digital order entry across platforms and campaigns.
• Campaign Management: monitor pacing, delivery, and performance across campaigns.
• Reporting & Analytics: pull and distribute regular campaign performance reports.
• Sales Support & Communication: coordinate with Media Executives and Sales team.
