TEGNA Inc. is seeking a Digital Sales Fulfillment Specialist to drive post-sales digital campaign fulfillment across multiple markets. You will ensure accurate entry and billing, track delivery, and coordinate with digital product teams to meet client KPIs, reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of account management in a fast-paced media sales environment.
• Track record of retaining and growing clients.
• Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and time management.

Mansioni

• Serve as post sales lead for digital support across multiple markets.
• Ensure proper entry and billing of all digital campaigns as an audit gate before submitting orders to digital fulfilment teams/vendors.
• Regular tracking of client campaign delivery across OTT/CTV, video, and display products.
• Collaborate with Digital Client Services teams to ensure campaign pacing and delivery.
• Develop and execute solutions to deliver customer results through digital assets while maintaining logistics and performance.
• Interpret campaign performance data and summarize results based on customer KPIs.
• Assist with TEGNA Attribution and support/manage as needed for client campaigns.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Station leadership, Sales Support, and corporate leadership.
• Complete standard monthly reporting for all digital campaigns and deliver to station staff for final reporting.
