Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to facilitate live training sessions virtually and in-person.
• Translate complex processes into actionable concepts for varying levels of the business.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Service processes.
• Own and maintain Service training programs.
• Facilitate Service training for new and existing team members.
• Track and report training results at course and individual levels.
• Create, deliver, and evaluate new curriculum; maintain existing curriculum.
• Collaborate with Quality and Leadership to evaluate training efficacy.
