• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Service processes.
• Fully own and maintain Service training programs.
• Facilitate Service training for new and current team members.
• Track and report training results at course and individual levels.
• Create, deliver and evaluate new curriculum; maintain existing content.
• Collaborate with Quality and Leadership to assess training efficacy and opportunities.
