• Experience facilitating instructor-led training, onboarding, performance improvement, or operational readiness programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and adapt training approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs for new hires and existing employees; ensure understanding of processes, systems, and customer experience expectations.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, participant guides, job aids, and training materials for operational readiness.
• Partner with leaders, training teams, and SMEs to identify learning needs and implement training solutions.
• Facilitate onboarding, refresher, remediation, and change-management training initiatives aligned to business priorities.
