Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an experienced Client Learning Designer to design and develop learning solutions for clients and internal teams. You will translate business needs into clear, accessible training content and collaborate with SMEs, trainers and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, impactful training.

This role offers growth in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technology, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design / Learning & Development or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of engaging and interactive training materials using established instructional design models and templates.
• Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other learning content, ensuring materials follow design standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and content contributors to apply instructional design best practices.
• Support project timelines by tracking tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Work with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather input, clarify requirements, and support content validation.
• Participate in the review of learning data to monitor learner engagement, performance, and knowledge retention.
