Responsibilities

• Engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Address escalated account services issues to resolution; log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operations such as cash orders, vault, ATM, wire transfers.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance controls and promote M&T brand.
• Support a welcoming environment and positive risk management.
