Responsibilities

• Demonstrate digital solutions through shoulder-to-shoulder demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners when appropriate.
• Perform branch-related operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Handle customer/account maintenance tasks and AML/KYC-related activities.
• Comply with risk controls and regulatory requirements; support the brand values.
• Support a workplace that promotes belonging and reflects the M&T brand.
