Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and providing solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log all customer complaints.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls.
• Promote an environment that reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and address external audit points as needed.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
