Responsibilities

• Explain high-level loan decision criteria and complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers; refer opportunities to banking partners.
