Job summary

Heritage Bank in Bremerton, WA is seeking a temporary Digital Banking Support Specialist for August 2026 through July 2027. The role involves handling daily operational tasks, reviewing requests, and ensuring compliance with policies to mitigate risk.

This is a full-time temporary onsite position with a standard 8–5 schedule, with flexibility for training or absences. As a temporary employee, you will participate in the 401(k) plan with company match, accrue sick time, and access the Employee

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service, data entry, clerical or office support experience.
• Experience with Electronic/Digital Banking and knowledge of Online Banking systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of debit/credit relationships and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external inquiries via Jira, email, phone or in person.
• Protect confidentiality of customer financial data when handling requests and transactions.
• Set up and maintain business online banking and Business RDC customers.
• Troubleshoot and support online banking for business and consumer customers remotely or by phone.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger and bank control accounts in a timely, accurate manner.
