Job summary

Heritage Bank in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (On-site) to provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software, image and configure workstations, and assist in endpoint maintenance. The role is full-time, with a typical 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

schedule and on-site requirements at the Bremerton facility. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and about 1 year of IT support experience, with familiarity in Active Directory, Windows OS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support experience including configuration and user assistance.
• Experience with Active Directory and account management preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop OS and MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• IT certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Configure, image, and repair workstations as required.
• Log requests in the tracking system and monitor progress.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support when needed.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and documentation.
