Heritage Bank is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Bremerton call center. This on-site role handles a range of banking inquiries, provides elevated customer service, and promotes bank products. The schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays; training and staffing needs require flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Level I requires 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in retail banking or operations.
• Level II requires 2+ years in retail banking or call center environments.
• Senior requires 3+ years call center experience with advanced customer service and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; assist with banking inquiries.
• Transfer calls, escalate issues, and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
