Job summary

ANB Bank in Denver, CO is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoices and payments across multiple cost centers. The role focuses on data input, coding invoices, and delivering timely accounts payable processing while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a compensation range of $19.50–$33.00 per hour including COLA; benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience for multiple cost centers.
• Experience with Prologue and Certify preferred.
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and code accounts payable invoices for multiple branches.
• Perform general accounting for Sturm banks/companies.
• Post general ledger entries from various sources.
• Deliver quality service per department standards.
• Maintain confidentiality per department standards.
• Support the company’s Mission/Vision/Values.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and banking regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
