Arise Financial (formerly Rockland FCU) is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to shape our members’ experience across digital channels. Reporting to the VP, Digital Experience, you will blend product support, data analysis, and member feedback to identify opportunities that simplify digital banking and drive adoption.

Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Lending, Operations, and external vendors to drive enhancements, testing, documentation, and post-launch monitoring, translating insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of digital product analysis or related experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into business decisions.
• Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for digital banking platforms and resolve escalated issues.
• Analyze product performance and member behavior to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Support product strategy and roadmaps by evaluating enhancements and prioritizing work.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Lending, Operations, and vendors to support integrations and improvements.
• Support releases, including requirements, UAT, validation, and post-launch monitoring.
• Visualize data and KPIs to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Evaluate member journeys and usability to improve digital adoption.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and workflows.
