Job summary

Qualco Group seeks a driven Digital Banking Sales Manager to lead the go-to-market for a new Digital Banking offering. You will drive growth in Banking/FS, build senior stakeholder relationships, and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role demands a strong track record in selling complex tech solutions, a hands-on leadership style, and fluency in English. This position offers a strategic, high-impact path across Europe and MENA.

Qualifications

10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, account mgmt, or consulting sales within Banking/Fintech/Enterprise Software.
Proven track record selling complex technology solutions and managing enterprise sales cycles.
Experience with payment solutions for neobanks and digital-first challenger banks.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with leadership to build and scale a new offering from scratch.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Lead the go-to-market strategy for the new Digital Banking offering across Europe and MENA.
Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting banking and FS clients.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technology decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to tailor value-based solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
Represent Qualco Group at industry events and conferences.
