Job summary

Qualco Group seeks a driven Digital Banking Sales Manager to accelerate new business growth for its Digital Banking solutions. You will craft the go-to-market strategy, target banking clients, and close strategic deals, engaging senior stakeholders and leading end-to-end sales cycles.

The role demands a strong fintech background, energy, and hands-on leadership to build this offering from scratch, primarily across Europe and MENA, with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in B2B sales within Banking, Fintech, or Enterprise Software.
• Strong knowledge of payment solutions for neobanks and digital banks.
• Proven fintech market experience and enterprise sales track record.
• Energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership to scale the new offering.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy from the ground up.
• Drive new business growth by targeting and converting banking clients.
• Promote Digital Banking solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop strategic account plans for long-term partnerships.
• Position solutions addressing digital banking, onboarding, lending, and omnichannel
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
• Lead customer presentations and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records; represent at events.
