Protodigy seeks a Senior Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle with banks and FinTechs in the German-speaking market. You will open doors, run consultative conversations with senior decision-makers, negotiate and close deals, working remotely with quarterly in-person team meetings.

You will manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and lead negotiations with heads of retail banking, digital, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of solution sales into banks or FinTechs.
• Established network among German- or Austrian banking decision-makers.
• Formal grounding in banking: apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent banking experience.

Responsabilités

• Own full sales cycle with banks and financial institutions in German-speaking markets.
• Build and manage pipeline with forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Lead negotiations with heads of retail banking, digital, and operations.
• Help shape go-to-market approach for a new European market.
• Travel to customers around twice a month.
