Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of experience in digital product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of applications used by Remote Services and Payment Services.
• Understanding of integration and middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and Intranet.
• Ability to revise, create and interpret statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and reports statistical data to determine service levels and capacity.
• Troubleshoots remote delivery systems and member access issues.
• Maintains and implements features for remote services’ products.
• Leads assigned resources on projects and maintains project documentation.
• Develops test scripts and validates new or modified software.
• Researches processes to improve efficiency and recommends next steps.
• Acts as liaison with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Keeps abreast of evolving fintech and remote delivery trends.
• Coordinates with project teams on product upgrades and installations.
