Job summary

SCU Credit Union is seeking a Digital Banking Systems Analyst to support administration, optimization, and integration of the credit union’s digital banking ecosystem. You will lead testing, vendor coordination, and cross‑department projects to improve member experience and efficiency.

The role requires extensive banking tech experience, strong security and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Seven years of operations banking experience.
  • Experience with banking systems, Jack Henry preferred, digital banking, and financial services technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of information security, privacy, risk management, and regulatory considerations within financial services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administers digital banking systems and ensures optimal configuration and updates.
  • Manages development and deployment of new digital banking systems, including vendor selection and testing.
  • Leads cross‑department project teams for digital banking initiatives.
  • Prepares reviews of user access, controls, upgrades, disaster testing, and vendor management reports.
  • Tests, validates, and documents feature enhancements and bug fixes across platforms.
