Job summary

GECU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Remote Delivery Systems Analyst to support 24/7/365 operations, educate staff on card products and digital channels, and drive enhancements across Online, Mobile, and ATM services. You will analyze usage trends, lead project efforts, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with BSA/AML policies, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years' experience in digital product delivery, online, mobile, or digital channels.
• Knowledge of Remote Services and Payment Services applications and their integration with other GECU products.
• Understanding of integration and middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to revise, create and interpret statistical data through reporting and researching.
• Ability to perform budget analysis for remote delivery channels.
• Ability to create proposals for change, upgrades and direction of delivery channels to management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Sitting most of the day, lifting up to 10 pounds, bending and twisting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and reports statistical data to determine service levels and port usage capacity for management.
• Troubleshoots system errors and member access to remote delivery channels; researches issues.
• Maintains and implements features for remote services products and services.
• Leads assigned resources for departmental projects; maintains project documentation and meetings.
• Develops test scripts and validates new or modified software.
• Researches systems to recommend tools and processes for efficiency.
• Acts as liaison between in-house and third‑party vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Keeps informed on evolving technology in the electronic financial services industry.
• Applies industry knowledge to improve department operations.
• Collaborates with Project Team on new products, upgrades and installations for Remote Delivery channels.
• Coordinates with Communications on website usability and Home Banking products.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulations (BSA, AML, MIP, OFAC).
• Other duties as assigned.
