Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years experience in digital product delivery.
Superior knowledge of Remote Services apps and integrations.
Understanding of integration and middleware technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Ability to revise, create and interpret statistical data through reporting.
Ability to perform budget analysis for remote delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Reviews, analyzes and reports statistical data to determine service levels and capacity.
Troubleshoots system errors and member access to remote channels.
Maintains and implements features related to remote services products.
Leads assigned resources and documents project materials and plans.
Develops test scripts and tests software changes and results.
Researches systems and recommends improvements for efficiency.
Acts as liaison between in-house and vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
Keeps abreast of evolving tech in electronic financial services.
Applies industry trends to improve department operations.
Coordinates with teams on new products and home banking initiatives.
Ensures compliance with BSA/AML/MIP/OFAC and related regs.
