Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent member service skills; respond quickly within policy.
• Work with multiple types of electronic equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in Teller Center.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of credit union policies, products and services.
• Awareness of security procedures when dealing with cash and keys.
• Basic clerical skills: typing, 10-key calculator, PC software.
• Excellent communication, written and oral; work well under pressure.
• HS diploma plus 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes member service transactions in branch or ITMs.
• Provides memorable member experiences with greetings and closing phrases.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Educates members on remote services (ATMs, ITMs, Mobile access).
• Balance cash box at end of day.
• Participates in branch audits and adheres to security procedures.
• Maintains compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies.
