Job summary

Hanmi Financial Corporation seeks a Digital Product Analyst to support day-to-day coordination of digital products within the Digital Banking Department. You will work with the Digital Banking team to support coordination, improve efficiency, and uphold internal controls while delivering high-quality financial services.

The role requires data-driven analysis, collaboration across multiple internal teams, and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1-3 years of banking or financial services experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis softwares such as Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to gain an understanding of the bank’s digital strategy, products, services, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Provides support by helping to research and coordinate technology solutions that align with Digital Banking goals and improve efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital banking product and services.
• Helps prepare regular reports by maintaining performance dashboards to track key digital product metrics.
• Assists with product launch readiness activities by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Support, Training, Legal, Risk, IT, and Compliance.
