Arise Financial is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Canton, MA to shape the member experience across digital channels. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data, user insights, and system performance, guiding enhancements and integrations that improve usability and adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in digital product analysis, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to translate technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product analysis, digital banking, or related areas.
• Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience turning data into actionable business decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for digital banking platforms and support complex issues.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and system functionality to identify opportunities.
• Support product strategy and roadmaps with data-driven prioritization.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors on integrations and improvements.
• Support releases with requirements, UAT, training, and post-launch monitoring.
• Visualize and interpret KPIs to translate findings into insights for stakeholders.
• Assess member journeys to improve usability and digital adoption.
• Create and maintain product docs, workflows, and testing procedures.
• Exercise independent judgment to prioritize opportunities and escalate when needed.
• Research new digital banking technologies and market trends for innovation.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce friction in digital experiences.
• Assist with vendor management and special projects aligned with digital strategy.
