Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a digital systems support professional to ensure its member-facing Digital Banking platform operates reliably. You will serve as the technical SME for Digital Banking and related digital systems, acting as the main liaison between the vendor and the organization, and coordinating testing and deployments with business units.

• Provide internal support for Digital Banking (online and mobile app), and related systems.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Digital Banking system administration.
• Coordinate with Director of Business Technology for system integration.
• Test updates, changes, and enhancements to the Digital Banking system.
• Coordinate testing with business lines and stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementations and changes with the Digital Banking vendor.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst to report and analyze Digital Banking performance.
• Manage third party member-facing digital system integrations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for member-facing digital systems.
• Recommend digital system features aligned with strategic goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Work in conjunction with Data Analyst to report and analyze Digital Banking performance, data, and statistics.
• Manage third party member-facing digital system integrations.
• Work with business lines to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to member-facing digital systems.
• Recommend digital system features and functionality that are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
