Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Product Analyst I to support and enhance the Digital Banking experience. The role focuses on understanding web/mobile apps, digital banking products, and product delivery processes to meet member needs and business objectives.

The analyst will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze data, document requirements, and assist in delivering enhancements that improve usability and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires analytics, reporting, wireframing, or process mapping tools experience.
• Business, finance, or tech background helps.
• Equivalency acceptable for education/experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and member data, document requirements, and support product initiatives.
• Analyze digital banking products, member feedback and performance data to guide decisions.
• Gather and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and vendors to support design, development, testing, and implementation of features.
• Evaluate member experiences and create mockups/workflows to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Investigate product issues, support incident resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Build relationships across the organization and stay current on digital banking trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
