You’ll be the internal SME and point of contact for assigned digital products, turning customer insights and market trends into improvements that boost adoption and profitability.

This full-time role is based onsite at Mabrey Bank's Bixby, Oklahoma main office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working with digital products, technology platforms, or customer-facing applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, document requirements, and coordinate stakeholder input to support product roadmaps and priorities.
• Monitor product usage, adoption, customer engagement, service performance, and KPIs.
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for stronger digital adoption.
• Research digital banking trends, competitive offerings, and fintech solutions.
• Develop business requirements, processes, testing plans, and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and verify products meet requirements before launch.
• Collaborate with vendors on product enhancements and service issues.
