Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, on-site Retail Banking teammate in the United States with a focus on delivering a distinctive client experience. You will perform both complex and standard banking transactions while uncovering client needs and guiding them to digital self-service options.

The role includes outbound outreach, support for Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and participation in branch leadership routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
