Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years of experience in digital/web, ecommerce or eBusiness.
• Three years leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze problems and choose solutions.
• Clear communication of complex information.
• Experience with technology initiatives and collaboration.
• Strong multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Execution-oriented, independent yet a team player.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Comfort handling concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the digital wealth or investment client strategy using data-driven insights.
• Manage vendor partner relationships and influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate omni capabilities into client and teammate value.
• Ensure consistency across the digital experience aligning with Wealth segment strategies.
• Participate in decisions on product features, vendors and implementation approaches.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve product, client and technology issues.
• Support ongoing development of products via research, testing and QA checks.
• Analyze metrics and prepare briefs and status reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analyses to suggest enhancements.
• Support teammate training, communications and sales enablement for client-facing digital experiences.
