You’ll engage guests, advocate for Capital One products, and help guests master mobile tools while fostering an inclusive environment.

This role emphasizes customer connection over traditional sales, with events and community partnerships to promote financial health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience required.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a high-energy environment, acting as a banking guide rather than a barista.
• Share Capital One's products via conversation, not sales quotas.
• Help customers navigate the digital ecosystem and master mobile tools.
• Host events supporting financial health within Capital One’s programs and partnerships.
• Advocate for customers, resolve issues with compliance-aligned de-escalation.
• Foster an inclusive, detail‑oriented, flexible team culture.
• Move throughout the Café to connect with the community and support the guest experience.
