UT Federal Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable Digital Service Administrator to support and enhance our digital banking experience, including online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening platforms.

The role focuses on administration, support, and continuous improvement, collaborating with vendors, fraud monitoring, and staff training to deliver secure, efficient digital solutions for members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital banking or related financial institution role.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support digital banking and online account opening platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital service issues for members and staff
• Partner with vendors on system enhancements, updates, and issue resolution
• Support fraud monitoring, compliance, and digital security efforts
• Coordinate digital service projects, testing, and deployments
• Monitor member feedback and recommend process improvements
• Maintain procedures and training materials for staff
