Job summary

Civic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Experience Design Specialist to identify opportunities to improve intuitive, accessible member and employee experiences across digital channels. Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years of design experience in a digital environment or related design experience.
• Excellent design skills with a solid grasp of experience design best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard User-centered design methodologies across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer).
• Travel required on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences from discovery to high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams to translate needs into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure feasible, scalable designs implemented with high quality.
• Create and maintain design artifacts like personas and journey maps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and journey mapping to guide decisions.
• Support agile and iterative design processes with stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure visual consistency with the brand in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams.
